Something I see every day is this thing, or similar ones.
A dog bag dispenser, associated with a trash can. Very handy.
Of course many (me included) complain about the lack of enough of both. But D. and I went through our village in our thoughts and discovered quite some dispenser as well as (even more) trash cans.
Still, quite some people use the bags and then leave them somewhere in the nature. Even just letting the waste in the nature without the plastic bags would be better.
