Third Time Lucky?

I finally got round to attempt #3 with my home grown sourdough starter. It didn’t seem to have suffered from a week in the fridge. In fact it was very lively. Everything seemed to be going to plan and I was quietly confident. Unfortunately I failed at the last hurdle when I forgot to put the lid on the Dutch oven. It ended up reasonably ok - quite edible with some wild boar terrine.
