Fixed!

D went off early for a final visit to the island. I then heard some scraping and scratching outside and investigated to find a couple of workies finally fixing the dangerously uneven pavement. The barrier and sandbags (for our protection!) were in place.....a couple of years ago at least, and were all mostly robbed out by blokes doing cabling work or other diggings, making it even more dangerous. It only took about an hour in the end.....

Yoga later; then a solitary meal as D and rest of the island crew were having an end of season meet up at the Hawes Inn.
