Just the beginning

The newest of the Acers has small leaves in comparison to the others and has just started the leaf drop. I thought the variety of delicate colours looked good against the limestone chippings. A day's visit to daughter and family  took me through the impressive Haldon Forest looking spectacular in Autumn colours. Only problem, not easy to pull over for the right pic!
