Nearly There

We took a walk to look at the progress on the closed A418 between our village and Aylesbury. It is due to open at 5.30am tomorrow including a brand new stretch of the road and although there appeared to be quite a lot still to do, even in the time of walking through the site, rapid progress was being made. We walked on some freshly laid tarmac at one point and you could feel the heat coming off it. On the walk, I stopped to catch a few snaps of the autumn leaves.

An evening out, we saw comedian Nish Kumar in Aylesbury.
