A Productive Day

I think I’m now up-to-date with blips!

A productive day all round. Coffee in bed with our usual word puzzles. Washing load done - had to be dried in our local self-service place, as it then rained and was set to rain on and off all day.

We both did some desk work related to personal joint admin and moved forward a few important things. One included a booking, still to be confirmed.

Bb went off to the football match in the afternoon (see his blip) and I continued with house stuff. Managed to get out Spotify account to play music (again) through our speakers in the patio room. This was a big tick for me :-) Our marriage survived putting our duvet into a cover (first time since last winter) - even a bigger tick (and before the football match). I did a few bits and bobs on our patio - airplant securing and some other little aesthetic things. Noticed that our thanksgiving plant is blossoming. I then carried on with the once-a-year cleaning of our bodega/walk-in cupboard in our patio room. See my main blip and extra. Everything taken off and cleaned, shelves cleaned and stuff put back again - some stuff that hardly ever gets used! And there are as many glasses again as you can see here on the shelf above the fridge in the same cupboard! Managed to give away a few things to our neighbour, for her niece who now lives independently, at least. Only the fridge top (our little 2nd fridge is in there) and shelves above that now to be done. In-between times, I made a big pot of pumpkin (and other vegetables) soup. Some for the freezer, some for Tuesday’s lunch and some for Angels, our neighbour.

Bb and I met after the football match for some nibbles in Sagur, just off Plaza del Centre. Blipping from here.
