Leeds at night

Waking up at my parents house in Lincoln this morning, it took me a long time to be awake enough to drag myself out of bed. And after that, yet more time to actually muster the effort.

I spent almost the entire time between breakfast and 2:30ish readimg my book, stopping only to talk to my parents, fuss over Minstrel, and consume a delicious ham and cheese toasty that mum made me in the style they do it in on her burger van.

Zeph arrived at about 2:15, and shortly after we headed over to Jeri's. I read some more of my book whilst there whilst we all watched the football as well. Her and Paul made a delicious curry, as well as a vegan cookie for me, and some lovely looking Christmas themed cakes for everyone else.

As I went to Lincoln yesterday in dad's car, I was getting the train back to Leeds from Retford. It was 20 minutes delayed which is always fun. I managed to do some more reading though. I think I've read close to 150 pages in the last 24 hours, and might be able to get another chapter in before bed.

I was starving when I got off the train. I fancied a Greggs but they were all shut, and the Sainsbury's in the train station didn't have anything I fancied. I spotted a Tesco though and found one of their falafel and hummus wraps reduced to 75p! Can't say no to that!

I managed to get this shot walking through the city centre at about 9:30, on my way to the Merion Centre bus stop. So I've been writing this on the bus whilst eating my wrap! Almost home now, then I'll unpack and head to bed.
