Birthday boy

Our son, Daniel, was 47 today - isn't that crazy, I've got a son who is nearly 50 years old!
There was only two candles on the cake, a 4 and a 7, which Marlane craftily swapped places with each other so it looked like his age was 74 HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

It was a good day, but very tiring again for us. Yesterday we were doing a lot of food preparation and today executing the cooking. Marlane did the cooking, she makes such good quiche's, but I'm her labourer. Result is that we both have breaking backs so relaxing after getting the girls to bed.
I've added an extra - some time ago I gave my old leather bike jacket to Stanley (fka Lennon) and Hetty wanted to try it on. You can see the result
