If you go down to the woods today….

I was helping on the start today in Wass Forest. A tough North Yorkshire forest near Helmsley. The bonus was I was only a short drive from home.

Having helped I then went out for a run. Some stiff climbs with significant undergrowth to try and avoid. I took it steady especially on some of the slippery slopes! A fellow competitor who set off before me by quite a distance and couldn’t believe I was round back and changed before he finished. However he was on a longer course so comparison is bound to be difficult. 

Called into to see my brother who had bought a computer for £100 new from China. He was rather impressed with the product which is fast and runs windows 11. However it is not so good for those wanting to edit photos.
