Extras:  footie on the beach, heading for the beach, the long beach and getting into the sea.  I'll race you!!!
Walked the length of the beach, then back again, before lunch and a sleep by the hotel pool.   Such energy, well, its Sunday and we are on holiday.
Forecast for tomorrow is over 30 degC so must get into the ocean, or bust!
