Flat calm

We went over to Olney for a walk with friends this morning.  Having run off an ordnance survey map showing footpaths extending the walk around Emberton lakes, we were disappointed to see that one end was blocked off by a caravan park and there was no footpath sign or entrance across the main road.

Lunch was taken at the The Bull close to the market square and that will suffice for the rest of the day.

It’s been another very still and dreary day and probably more than a little frustrating for the yachtsmen, or is that yachtspeople.
