The glow!
Taught, bought track pants, got home and track pants still had security tag on them.. had my training session, learning to box for agility.. it was fun.. took track pants back, joined a gym to swim.. the muscles need stretching and strengthening.. couldn’t walk much by then after training, but as I sat down, the leg muscle released, shopped, took a bus that took me everywhere, not again, and very glad to finally get home..
