I’ve Been Tango’d…

A guilt free rest day in bed. Fibromyalgia pain and fatigue off the scale.

Face mask this evening (extra is of the unopened mask). It felt good. Much needed self care after a very stressful, painful but productive week.

I feel happier than this photo suggests despite the pain and utter debilitating fatigue.
