Something different
I have been trying several new recipes this week - thankfully successfully!! I made Teriyaki chicken, creamy red lentil Dahl, Thai Basil chicken, a chicken Vindaloo and naan bread. This is the naan bread - and it was really easy! When I make it again I'll roll it out thinner, but I was quite pleased with myself. All the recipes were from one of the Pinch of Nom books, so all lower calorie versions of the original.
