Washed Out

I had a very typical Saturday. In some ways that is good, because I enjoyed it. In other ways it was an anticlimax after my adventures last weekend. 

To recap... Parkrun at 09.30 and I opted for my local course at Kirkcaldy. Considering what my body went through at the start of this week, I was very happy with how I got on. 

Home for a shower etc and to finish breakfasting...

Then a Stagecoach bus from the park and ride to Livingston (35 minutes each way) to watch 4th placed Spiders challenge 2nd placed Livingston. It ended up as a 1-1 draw, and it was great entertainment. 

The Livingston pie was good too (my first visit there). What more can a guy ask for?
