My room at the Sheraton (Munich Airport) about 00:45 this morning, just after I'd checked in.

The end of a fraught few hours at the hands of easyJet. I understand if circumstances lead to a cancellation occasionally but any organisation has to be judged on how it performs when things go wrong.

easyJet sank without a trace on that yardstick. Poor communication and poor organisation.

I won't be tempted to sing their praises because they found me a good room in a good hotel. I got about 4 hours sleep and arrived back in Edinburgh 13 hours late.
