Negative space

Todays theme. Bit hard to interpret and this is the only photo I took all day. It’s certainly negative and taking up space. A taxi parked on a popular zebra crossing outside the central library causing hazard and chaos. I took the photo because I wanted to report it - there was no one in it - but the complicated online reporting system defeated me. So I just remonstrated with the driver when he returned and unbelievably claimed he had no choice but to park there! What are we coming to?
