It’s beginning to look like Ch*****s
i’ve worked for half a day today - a sign Christmas is approaching. I could really do with working tomorrow but I am going to have a day off and try and get ahead at home.
I had some yarn to drop off in Hebden Bridge (other wise known as the centre of the universe) and swap it for some completed blankets, baby hats and squares. It is a difficult place to park so I picked up Mr H at Oxenhope railway station - he volunteers on the KWVR- so he could drop me off, drive round and pick me up. The plan worked well.
Obviously his van was still at Oxenhope so we called in the cafe there on the return journey, and had a coffee. As a working volunteer he gets free hot drinks, so it was a cheap coffee stop! It also meant I got to see the station lit up as though the Christmas season is nearing!
I can always rely on the railway for a blip!
