Parkrun Ruchill

Being a good boy last night paid off as I woke fresh and ran up to the local Parkrun and back.

This was my 3rd time doing this event and I forgot how hilly it is.

Still, done now and made it back to the hotel and back to the train station in time for the earlier train.

It’s the FiL’s 74th birthday today so they’ll come up to the house for dinner. No ten pin bowling for us as there is rugby on at Murrayfield. Scotland v Fiji I believe.

Maybe tomorrow.
