Ian ordered some stationery from a Japanese company and it came with this fabulous thank you card that I have purloined for a bookmark.

The rugby club had their firework display in the evening and since we live so close we got the full experience.  They do make a lovely display but are just so noisy - poor pets in the vicinity! A nice bit of music to company the display rather than bangs and whistles would do the trick.  They seemed noisier than ever with some thunderous bangs last night.

Leo was busy whittling down his list of Uni’s for his UCAS application.  He is now down to 7 so needs to lose another 2 and then he can get cracking on the application. He has a draft of his personal statement so he is almost ready to get going with it all.
