Invisible city

I have walked past this sculpture in the middle of Wellington for years. Today I paid enough attention to actually investigate ... 
It was created by sculptor Anton Parsons, in collaboration with blind poet Dr Peter Beatson and references the latter's poem about his experiences in walking around Wellington.
