Phound a Phonebox on Phriday

The weather was half dry today which was 100% better than forecast. Walking into the town this afternoon, only one of us fancied walking up some steps to Tavira's castle, so I did and arranged a meeting spot for an hour later.

There were not too many tourists up there so I perched here and there to peer out over the rooftops or the garden within the walls. Adjacent to the castle & church is an old water tower now repurposed as an amazing Camera Obscura but unfortunately it was closed for maintenance - had it been open I was hoping to convince youngest to come on up to see - she has been there before but was only 6 months old at the time *^_^*

After eating in the apartment, we have popped back out for a drink - a Mocktail & a Galao for your Gal, Cocktails for the other Gals. On the way out I snapped a Phonebox because it's Phriday.

Am sat in earshot of a singular Cricket and am fairly sure which foliage it is sat in as it falls silent whenever anyone walks close by!

Tomorrow is the last full day and am hopeful the sunshine is returning :-)
