Scarlet Waxcap

We met an old friend at Buckden in Wharfdale for a walk to Starbotton and back.  Along the way there were lots of mushrooms growing including the Scarlet Waxcap in my Blip.

My extra is of a signpost we came across along the way, which gives the distances using an eighth of a mile instead of the usual quarters. We'd never seen this before.
