Shoes

As if I hadn't had enough to eat and drink over the last two three days, Himself and I marked the last 'working' day of our sabbatical by having lunch in one of our favourite places in Brighton. It wasn't massively excessive as, for various reasons, both of us were a bit tired and grumpy but it was nice to get out. The weather was pretty amazing for November, I was way too hot in my coat.

I also had a good chat with a man in a running shop* about some new shoes and insoles to help with my achilles problems. Unfortunately I couldn't get what he suggested today but his advice was very helpful and I may go back.

*He did work there, he wasn't a complete random.
