Full Moon Rising

A hot Sunday. I visited L. in the afternoon. She was practicing her French Manicure technique on a friend of hers. L.'s final exam for the Manicure Training will take place in a couple of weeks. I'm always amazed to see how patient and calm she can be when she's working on a client. (I am not one of the clients, because I cannot sit still for an hour and a half or more just to get my nails done ;) ).

When I left L. at around 8:30 p.m., the moon had come up - full and round and beautiful. In the opposite direction, the sun was setting in equal splendor.
