Flower Power

On my way to the car after sitting in the dentist's chair for one hour-feeling sorry for myself -spotted these black grasses amongst the public borders and had to take a picture - then noticed two men with clipboards - not sure whether they were judging or planning the next display - but they looked very pleased that the boarders were being appreciated!!
