Slimming World

Thought I would share my slimming world journey with my dear Blippers . When on holiday in America my friend took a picture of me from behind sitting on her dock , I absolutely hated and didn’t really realise how much bigger I had got . I messaged my friend back in England and said right that’s it I am going to slimming world class . My friend also joined with me . I weighed In at 12 stone and 2 lbs on the 4th of October the heaviest I have ever been . A month has passed now and I have half a pound to go and that will be half a stone lost . I set my goal at losing 1 stone . Fingers crossed for next week and I  get the half pound . The certificate is icon in class and we all had to nominate a star in class , I was nominated and very pleased as not been in the group that long . I’m looking forward to getting back in my clothes without them being toooooo tight . I didn’t win the best icon but it was just great to be in the top nominated and gave me more determination.
