Autumn colour

this morning we went to look at the view from Symonds Yat Rock looking down over the river Wye. Then took some photos in the nearby woods and noticed these three leaves being picked out by the sunlight. Later we ventured into Wales and visited Tintern Abbey. It was difficult to photograph here as the abbey is undergoing some major restoration and covered in scaffolding. The only angle without scaffolding was looking directly into the sun.
