Light in the Dark

I cannot remember a time in my life when I haven’t gone to church (COVID doesn’t count!) or not have a very strong faith in God.

Being a Christian is so much a part of my identity that I genuinely wouldn’t know who I am without it.

Obviously I have moments of doubt but I can honestly say that even in my depression I have always felt God with me. People assume that Christians don’t get depression but that isn’t true. As a Christian one thing you are promised is that it won’t be easy and sometime that is hard to deal with.

Today for Halloween a church at the docks had these. I really liked the reminded that even in the darkest of times help is there!
