Invisible survey!

I’ve spent some time doing a survey. Not the usual type as all I had were the photos from Rightmove details on line. Put another way a friend of ours is looking to buy a house almost on the south coast and wondered if I had any thoughts so I said send the details and I’ll tell you what might be wrong or needs further checking. Almost an A4 page of things which are worth further investigation.

I might even be asked to look at the real thing which is always better!

My old Protimeter (not a damp meter) is a replacement as I lent my much better one to a friend who lost it - very annoying and this little one is what he got as a replacement.
