I went to the Gyle Shopping Centre late morning to get my latest Covid jag and flu jag. I found out yesterday that I'd missed the email inviting me to make an appointment, but I managed to make an appointment for today which is a relief.

I spent the afternoon doing a bit of prep for a quilting workshop I'm doing on Sunday. I'd hoped to be a bit more familiar with my sewing machine by now, but it didn't arrive until last Wednesday and I was then away over the weekend, so I haven't actually turned it on yet. I don't know if I will use it on Sunday or whether I will borrow one from the place where the workshop is taking place.
