Penarth Pier

Thanks to everyone who left hearts, stars and lovely comments on my 11the year celebratory blip yesterday. The response is just amazing and it's easie to say "Thanks!" here than reply individually.  Really appreciated!

Mid morning, with both our wives working, I set off from home with neighbour and fellow bike enthusiast Archie for a cycle ride. The plan being to start at Castle Coch on the outskirts of Cardiff and end up at Cardiff Bay before cycling back. We enjoyed lunch at The Black & White Cafe on Penarth Road, a chat with my dad, and then stopped on Cardiff Bay Barrage where I took the photo' of Penarth Pier. The tide was coming in and for Archie as a fisherman it was fascinating watching large fish chasing smaller prey.  A lovely sunny day we had a great time.
