Priory Church, Bolton Abbey

We travelled to Yorkshire today for a memorial service for MrsKen34's aunt, held in the Priory Church at Bolton abbey, close to the River Wharfe.
The service was an apt celebration of the life of a lady who who was fondly loved by all her friends and family. In a service full of music and colour, laughter and tears, her husband of 56 years, her daughters and her grandchildren ( the youngest aged only 7) all spoke bravely and movingly of their memories .
"Atty" - as she was known to her nieces, nephews and all their partners and children - will be fondly remembered.
