Am uploading this on Thursday morning so the car went in for a service and MoT yesterday (Wednesday - which, on here, is today - following??).

I mentioned to them that the retractable, soft top roof has been playing up a little and not always going right down first time - seems that a cable has broken and the resulting replacement/repair is around £900.00 (US$1,175) - a very large OUCH! 
   
No point in having a convertible if it doesn't convert so I'll have to bite the bullet ...............  as my friend Elaine (pipersmom), knows from experience and our travels in the US, I like the car open-topped even when it's not warm and sunny.
