Long Island

Today we caught a train about half way up Long Island to Bay Shore. It is picturesque with clean air and conspicuous signs of mostly wealthy inhabitants. The house in my main therefore stood out as neglected and derelict. 

One of the towns we passed through on the way is Amityville. This house was suitably spooky too. While there were also some creative Halloween decorations in Bay Shore, those in my extra are in New York.
