Seaford Bay

on a grey day. Only photo I took today, walking back from book club meeting. Unfortunately R tripped when running this morning and so a couple of hrs spent at urgent treatment centre. Only superficial to hands and knee but needed cleaning/checking and he will be stiff tomorrow I'm sure.
Then a mad busy afternoon shopping and cooking for family staying with us tonight - planning a coastal walk tomorrow but probably without R.
