Delayed birthday present

I felt a touch guilty for not getting Nick a present in time. I'm a bit skint currently, so me and the kids set about baking him a huge box full of mega chocolate cookies! And as a healthy balance to that I baked myself some banana, date and oat flapjacks. All absolutely delicious!

I felt like a 50 year old housewife in the kitchen all day baking, and listening to Test Match Special on the radio. Thoroughly enjoyed it mind...
