it was totally unexpected - i had taken my car - out for its usual - ‘round the neighborhood trip - and found myself drawn - to a shape by the - side of the road - because of these ongoing - excursions now, i have decided - to keep an older camera - in my car for occasions - just like this so - i was prepared for a - potential photo op - because my eyes were in spasm - just a bit, i had to - get a little closer before - i realized it was a deer

if i could’ve jumped up - and down while driving the car - i would’ve for sure - as this was the first - time i’ve seen a deer - all season and my - heart was racing with - the sheer joy of it - a few snaps later - and i knew it would be…
