Two things to de stress, a beautiful view and the company of a dog.
There used to be a wee sheltered hide here  but some bright spark has decided to remove it and replace with this exposed wee hard bench. The bright spark has probably now been promoted! 
In Achnamara, the big bench that was chained lest anyone steals it has been removed but the grotty chain remains as they have probably have lost the keys long ago!
Now folks can't sit and look for beavers !
