Managed to finish by 6pm, so a bit of time tonight to cook properly, and with the season turning cooler I thought of being in Italy, which led to memories of fine trattorias, and then to making a high end bolognese. Should be ready by 8pm, my preferred holiday munching time, kidding on I don’t have another ‘big project culmination day’ tomorrow, where 6 months of planning a national emergency exercise finally comes to operational fruition.
