IRONING & WASHING DONE

Today has been a real surprise! I had an awful night if I slept for 30 minutes all night that was it. At 5.40am I got up & with great care I had a shower, as I got out of the said shower it was as if a curtain had been lifted, I felt stronger & strangely wide awake. I'm pleased to say it has continued all day I've been busy doing this & that, & almost finished the ironing .So I'm pleased with the day, what I've got to be careful of now is that I don't over do things to early. I'm quite tired now so hope I sleep tonight.
My carers finish tonight, so I'm hoping I won't need to get them back privately but we will see.
Enough about me , I've had several phone calls, one of which was from Julie my lady who does my pedicure. I missed her 2 weeks ago, she had a mild heart attack & was hospitalised , then a mass was found in the heart, she then developed A F for which a pace maker has been put in , brilliant news is she feels much better. Also my daughter K has had better news too. So that's 3 of us , they say things go in 3's..
