A Slack Day

Went in past to visit my Mum.  Whilst I was away getting her a cuppa she talked to the Current Mrs Creel about my Uncle who has 22 bairns.  Despite this teasing lapse, she was with it for the majority of time.  And doing her best.  She was happy to receive a new dressing gown.  A relatively mundane/dull day was rescued by Brad Mehldau as a Highway Rider.  CMC made a chocolate cake – alarmingly she is taking it out tonight when she goes out for a meal.  I am going along to act as security.  For the cake. 
 
In the extra my Mum told me she was thinking of long ago and far away.
