Spork Scratching

If anything I was scratching around even more for an image than yesterday. I'd abandoned all hope until I came across this neon pink spork nestling in a tinfoil tray on a counter top in our kitchen and with a bit of flash decided to give it its moment in the limelight. 
The spork is a form of cutlery and combination utensil taking the form of a spoon-like scoop with two to four fork-like tines.
Spork-like utensils, such as the terrapin fork or ice cream fork, have actually been manufactured since the late 19th Century, with patents for spork like designs dating as far back as 1874 and the word is said to have first appeared in a dictionary in 1909.
Another invention that has surely helped humankind to live long and prosper - oh hang on, that's Spock not spork!
