Colourful character

At the lights... When my children were young we used to play a guessing game about where people in the street were going and why... All unfounded of course. Another game was to ask them after we had moved on what someone had been wearing.
This colourful chap could have worked for both situations.. Orange scooter, yellow sneakers, dreadlocks, dinosaur helmet, backpack with a little koala dangling from it. Go man!
