The Dean cuts up

The Dean is one of the reasons I joined Blipfoto. He's an avid photographer and inspired me with frequent show-and-tell on his iPhone and iPad.

"Okay if I take your picture?"

Sure, he said.

"If I like it, may I post it?"

Sure, he said. He knew what I'd find when I finally looked - I didn't!

Did he think I wouldn't take him up on his offer?

Nah, he knows me too well. I present, herewith, evidence that a collar does not necessarily inhibit a rollicking good time.

It was a great lunch. Much teasing and quite a bit of theologizing (and psychologizing) ensued. French fries were shared. Laughter was laughed. Sermons were critiqued. Blips were perused. A good time was had, too fast over.

The Dean was formerly a competitive swimmer and loved the feeling of being on the board with his toes curled around the edge, ready to leap into space. Preaching without notes as is his habit, he relives that experience at the top of the steps as he prepares to launch into his daredevil feat of homiletics.
