About the last of the rudbeckias that have been flowering for weeks - they’ve put on a wonderful show. I thought this one looked like a golden star. A mild day here, so warm for the end of October. I bought some fleece today even though I’d told myself that I’d have to get my stash down before buying new stuff. It was only £3.50 a metre though - far too good a bargain to miss.
