Interlude

Torrential rain today, after a long dry spell (for Scotland). It lasted most of the day, but just as I was leaving work there was this tiny break in the clouds, which I hoped was a sign of improvement. Far from it; instead we had a thunderstorm, complete with an impressive amount of lighting, which lasted most of the evening. The grass was in need of some water, just not quite that much.
