Aurora back blip

It was a very chilly morning and hubby lit the fireplace. We were relaxing with Sugar when our friend Hoagy put out a call for help loading trailers with supplies heading to NC for the flood victims. Our WV people have been so generous during this collection.  We headed to town to give him a hand. He is such a charitable fellow always in the mix giving a helping hand. We worked late in the evening then grabbed a bite at a local diner.
On the way home we stopped out side of town to check for the Northern lights we were supposed to be able to see. They were out but there was still some town light keeping us from really seeing them at their best. So when we got back to the farm we went up on the big hill and there they were! We had seen them in Alaska years ago . I took a lot of pictures and this was one of my Favs. How exciting...a shame we were so tired would have been nice to stay out there longer. We war far more bless then the folks in NC so no complaints on my end. The extra is Hoagy's garage.
