Tea break

Today started with BP then home via The Range and George - I bought some more bulbs to fill a small pot (tete a tete - but realised I had dropped a packet when I got home!)

OH got home at the same time having had a long walk along the river and we decided on some gardening.  He wanted to blow some of the leaves and try to cut the big grass and I wanted to put the dahlias to bed.  It wasn't particularly sunny but it stayed dry until around 3.30 when it started to rain.  We had a tea break in the greenhouse and I was pleased with progress and have come up with a cunning plan to re-do the wood around the veggie plot - hopefully next year?  I told OH that we need to 'future proof' the garden as neither of us are getting any younger!

J had planned dinner out and I went along although was not really in the right head space and it went on and on and was a late finish and the pork belly was a BIG mistake - undercooked.  We might get a 'locals' discount but I am not a fan of the place.........blah blah blah, moan moan moan.
