Small G&T?

This close up makes the last remaining lemon look a lot bigger than it is. I have 2 citrus trees for a few years now which remain outside from about April on here in Edinburgh. But with the colder nights coming on I have brought them inside again.

When we were out for a meal the other evening 2 of our group were hurpling around with muscle pain caused in east case by some minor movement.

It must be infectious. Yesterday evening I developed intense back pain across my shoulders then my chest which made sitting - and sleeping - very sore. It was a muscular pain and fortunately over today it has become less troubling. I still have an ache on my back but that is much more bearable.

Perhaps a large G&T might help?
